Happy Birthday David! For a birthday treat I made Oreo truffles. My sister Jaime got me hooked on these. They are so great.
1 package of Oreos crushed
1 package of cream cheese at room temperature
Mix and form into 1" balls
Dip in melted chocolate
Refrigerate
Beware: if you like Oreos, these are deadly. You won't be able to resist. If you can find mint Oreos, they are even better.
His birthday gift was a pair of super comfy pants that they sell downtown. Dave had bought a pair for me for Christmas. They are so comfortable. I thought he should have a pair too. They look like pajama bottoms, but people wear them out and about.
