As our days left in Chile became numbered, we made our list of things we wanted to do before we went home. We have had so many adventures in Chile, but BJ had one more that he wanted to try...boogie boarding. Luckily, the last two Saturdays in La Serena were bright and sunny and warm. Chile is heading into fall and we had been seeing more of those foggy, cold days. BJ was in luck with the great weather and with all the tourists gone for the season we practically had the beach to ourselves.
Dave gave his some pointers and some pushes to get going and he was ready to go.
His two brothers had more fun throwing mud at eachother where the run-off meets the ocean.
BJ was able to find a few good waves and have a wonderful time learning how to boogie board.
